PREVENTION OF MARKET TIMING AND LATE TRADING PRACTICES

In accordance with AMF position 2004-07 on the prevention of market timing and late trading practices, Gay-Lussac Gestion :

“must refrain from communicating in real time the composition of the portfolio.”

This can only be done by:

  • For dedicated FIAs and provided that the information is communicated concomitantly to all holders;
  • For UCIs in which professional investors under the supervision of the ACPR, the AMF or equivalent European authorities invest, in which case the management company may transmit – directly or indirectly through a third party – the composition of the portfolio of the UCI to its investors within a period of not less than 48 hours after the publication of the net asset value, for the purposes of calculating the regulatory requirements related to Directive 2009/138/EC (Solvency II)”.

In this case, Gay-Lussac Gestion will transmit to the investors concerned the composition of the UCIs under the conditions provided for above.
