Gay-Lussac Gestion is committed to :

- To be provided with the acknowledgement of receipt, the estimated time for giving the customer a reply. This period may not exceed two months from the date of receipt of the complaint, except in the event of duly justified special circumstances and with the prior agreement of the RCCI.

PREVENTING MARKET TIMING AND LATE TRADING PRACTICES
In accordance with AMF position 2004-07 on the prevention of market timing and late trading practices, Gay-Lussac Gestion :
