The Plan d’Epargne Entreprise (PEE) enables your employees to build up savings for future projects. The sums are available after 5 years, but there are a number of ways of releasing them early, including the purchase of a principal residence, marriage or the birth of a third child. The PEE can be funded by various bonuses (profit-sharing, incentive schemes, matching contributions) and these sums are then invested in dedicated financial vehicles, known as FCPEs. The Plan d’Epargne Retraite Collectif (PERCOL) is the ideal solution to help your employees prepare for retirement. In theory, the sums are frozen until retirement, but there are cases of early release, including the purchase of a principal residence or certain accidents in life. The PERCOL can be funded by various bonuses (profit-sharing, abondement, CET) and these sums are then invested in dedicated financial vehicles, FCPEs.
The Plan d’Epargne Retraite Obligatoire (PERO) enables your employees to build up a supplementary pension through compulsory payments made by the company. A company can open a plan for all or some of its employees, and the compulsory contributions it makes can be paid entirely by the company, or with contributions from its employees (up to 50% of the contribution amount), while benefiting from an advantageous tax and social security framework.
Profit-sharing is a collective bonus paid to all your employees if pre-defined targets are met. This scheme enables you to reward collective performance on the basis of criteria selected by you. These can be quantitative, such as sales growth, or qualitative, such as increased customer satisfaction.
Profit-sharing is a collective bonus paid to all employees on the basis of a portion of the year’s profits. It contributes to a collective dynamic and helps improve your company’s productivity. Profit-sharing is compulsory in companies with at least 50 employees. However, smaller companies can also set up voluntary profit-sharing schemes.
Abondement is a simple, effective employee savings solution for rewarding your employees within an advantageous tax and social security framework. You pay additional compensation while helping your employees build up their savings. The company’s matching contribution can be up to 300% of the amount paid in by the employee. We can help you define your matching contribution to ensure that it is as effective as possible for your company.
Employee shareholding is a set of schemes designed to give employees of a listed or unlisted company a long-term stake in its capital. Company shares can be held directly in an individual employee savings account, or indirectly in an FCPE (mutual fund) invested in company or group shares. Dividends are distributed or capitalized (i.e. reinvested in the FCPE). As an asset management company, Gay-Lussac Gestion sets up employee shareholding funds on behalf of listed and unlisted corporate clients.
The Compte Épargne Temps (CET) is the employee savings solution that enables you to reduce the financial burden represented by days of rest not taken (leave, RTT, etc.) by your employees. By monetizing these unused days off, you help your employees build up savings for their retirement, while preserving their purchasing power.
