Our solutions:

The Plan d’Epargne Entreprise (PEE) enables your employees to build up savings for their own projects. The money is available after 5 years, but several situations allow early withdrawal, such as the purchase of a principal residence, marriage or the birth of a third child.

The PEE can be funded by profit-sharing, incentive or matching contributions, then invested in dedicated funds (FCPE).

The Plan d’Épargne Retraite Obligatoire (PERO) enables your employees to build up a supplementary pension through compulsory company contributions. It can be set up for all or some employees. Compulsory contributions can be financed entirely by the company or shared with employees (up to 50%), while offering an advantageous tax and social security framework.

Profit-sharing is a collective bonus paid to your employees when pre-defined targets are met. This scheme enables you to reward collective performance according to the criteria you choose, whether quantitative (such as sales growth) or qualitative (such as improved customer satisfaction).

Profit-sharing is a collective bonus paid to all employees, calculated on the basis of a portion of the year’s profits. It strengthens the collective dynamic and contributes to improving the company’s productivity.

Profit-sharing is compulsory in companies with at least 50 employees, but smaller companies can also choose to introduce it voluntarily, with real benefits for their teams.

Abondement is a simple and effective employee savings scheme that rewards your employees within a tax and social security framework. It allows you to pay additional compensation while helping your employees build up their savings. The company can contribute up to 300% of the amounts paid in by the employee.

Employee shareholding encompasses a number of schemes enabling employees of a company, whether listed or unlisted, to become long-term shareholders. Shares can be held directly in an employee savings account, or indirectly in an FCPE (employee investment fund) made up of company or group shares. Dividends are distributed or capitalized (i.e. reinvested in the FCPE).

As an asset management company, Gay-Lussac Gestion sets up employee shareholding funds on behalf of client companies, both listed and unlisted.

The Compte Épargne Temps (CET) is an employee savings scheme that enables you to reduce the cost of days of rest not taken (leave, RTT, etc.) by your employees. By monetizing these unused days, you help your employees build up savings for their retirement, while preserving their purchasing power.

The Management Company has decided not to introduce a “Gates” redemption capping mechanism on
FCPE. In exceptional circumstances, the absence of a redemption cap mechanism could
result in the FCPEs being unable to meet redemption requests, thereby increasing the risk of a complete suspension
of subscriptions and redemptions on the FCPEs.
